Cancellations: We are able to cancel online orders if they haven't already shipped. Please contact us immediately at support@taosbakes.com and include your order number and "Urgent - Order Cancellation" in the subject line so we can check on your order status right away.
Cancellation requests received on weekends or holidays will be addressed on the next business day.
Your cancellation is not final until confirmed by an email from our support team.
If your order has already shipped, we are not able to halt it.
Changes: Sadly, we are not able to make changes to an order once submitted. If it has not yet shipped, we can cancel it for you and process a refund, and you'll then need to place a new order with the correct items.
